- Intercompany charging for all SLA and any other charges (e.g. local certification, new GS CD still under verification)
- Reporting:
- Monthly Sales Associate Performance Report; Point of Sales (Tier2) Reporting
- Ad-hoc customer sales analytics incl. TNS/ Order book/Pipeline
- Contractually Obligated External Reporting (e.g. Government/Customer/Regulators/Environmental)
- Support of Pricing and Contract Management:
- Support of Contract Management - Customer Contract Development, Review, and Negotiation
- Support of Pricelist creation
- Maintenance of Net Pricing for selective customers, i.e. BLP reduced by all discounts (e.g. Siemens)
- Administration of Performance criteria (e.g. Stock Holding, Marketing Co-op Funds)
- Partner level discounts and standard discount maintenance in SAP
- Administration of rebates
- Legal Entity Tasks:
- Transfer pricing: calculation based on general rules at guidance of BT/FC reporting (e.g. YEC, income statement, tax income statement, other tax document, government, regualtors, chambers, environmental)
- Coordinate YEC and audit of local GAAP and IFRS accounts
- Record of leasing cases for tangibles (cars, etc.) and intanglibles (buildings)
- Interface to BPO
- Local governance:
- Support central risk management on controls, collaboration on local audits, GCRA (Global Corruption Risk Analysis), Ensure compliance of local activities
- Credit management:
- Customer dispute management, review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue
- Customer escalation support:
- 2nd level of support for clarifying customer escalations, e.g. Delivery complaints, payments, warranty cases (outside RMA), contractual topics, pricing
- Others:
- Direct Purchasing: for smaller Countries without dedicated Headcount. Tasks include Local-for-Local, Demo goods, Indirect purchasing, Assignment ofFI invoices in APM
- Deputy for CBD: SOP can be Deputy for CBD
- Administration: could include office administration: Travel, Company Cars, IT, HR (e.g. Payroll coordination (Commissions / Bonus)
- Treasury: Liquidity management, banking affairs
