We’re looking for a senior technologist with a strong understand of Incident, Problem and Change Management to help us prevent incidents from impacting our Customers. Your role as a senior technologist will require a calm and firm head for the times when incidents do occur.

You will be required to help us shape and improve the Incident, Problem and Change Management domain to achieve better uptime outcomes. We’re operate Banks in South Africa and the Philippines, with our primary Product & Engineering Hub in Vietnam. You will be required to travel to South Africa, Philippines and spend a significant amount of time in Vietnam (HCMC). The ideal person will live in one of our operating countries, or be open to relocate to Vietnam for a period. Good spoken and written English is critical.

The Incident Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our incident management processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of all incidents related to the bank’s digital products and services. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to maintain service continuity and minimize the impact of incidents on operations. The Incident Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and stack-holder, to ensure timely communication and resolution of incidents in line with SLAs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

As an Incident Manager, you’ll ensure the seamless operation of our digital banking services, minimizing disruptions and optimizing Incident management processes. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Incident Management:
• Lead incident management to ensure timely identification (MTTA), resolution (MTTR), and communication of incidents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage incidents, minimize impact, and restore services as quickly as possible.
• Develop and build and maintain Incident Management as a service.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews, identifying root causes and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Communication:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT service management, specializing in incident management and ITSM within digital banking or financial services.
• Proven experience build and optimize ITSM process and managing major incidents and service disruptions in a high-pressure environment.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, digital banking platforms, and associated technologies.
• Proficiency in incident management tools (e.g., OpsGenie, PagerDurty, FireHydrant) & ITSM Tools (e.g Atlassian Ecosystem includes JSM, JIRA, Confluence)
• Soft Skills:

As our Accounting and Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of core financial, accounting, and operational “engine”, working closely with the General Partners to drive the firm’s success. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage complex financial and operational tasks as well as multiple stakeholders. Lead accounting and financial strategy and operations (40%)

• Take ownership of our day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including payroll, invoicing, capital activities, and other transactions, ensuring compliance with our mission and policies

Must-haves

• 5+ years of work experience in accounting and audit, with experience as an Accounting or Finance Manager/Assistant Manager

• Strong communication skills with advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal)

The role

We are looking for an experienced finance & tax professional to join our dynamic team as Finance Manager for our newly acquired business in Vietnam. This new role will lead the integration and transformation of the newly set-up JV from a local organization to part of Informa Group's global business and drive the localization of global financial policy, procedure, system and standard by working closely with business leaders, regional financial shared service center, group financial system team, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full function of financial and accounting role including day-to-day operations.  
• Lead corporate income tax (CIT) / value-added tax (VAT) / withholding tax (WHT)  / Business license tax reporting / filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax officers, tax consultants, bankers and any other officials as necessary.

• Transfer pricing: calculation based on general rules at guidance of BT/FC reporting (e.g. YEC, income statement, tax income statement, other tax document, government, regualtors, chambers, environmental)
• Coordinate YEC and audit of local GAAP and IFRS accounts
• Record of leasing cases for tangibles (cars, etc.) and intanglibles (buildings)
• Interface to BPO

- Local governance:

• Support central risk management on controls, collaboration on local audits, GCRA (Global Corruption Risk Analysis), Ensure compliance of local activities

- Credit management:

• Customer dispute management, review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue

- Customer escalation support:

• 2nd level of support for clarifying customer escalations, e.g. Delivery complaints, payments, warranty cases (outside RMA), contractual topics, pricing

- Others:

• Direct Purchasing: for smaller Countries without dedicated Headcount. Tasks include Local-for-Local, Demo goods, Indirect purchasing, Assignment ofFI invoices in APM
• Deputy for CBD: SOP can be Deputy for CBD
• Administration: could include office administration: Travel, Company Cars, IT, HR (e.g. Payroll coordination (Commissions / Bonus)
• Treasury: Liquidity management, banking affairs

Funding Societies Vietnam is looking for a qualified Credit Monitoring & Recovery Team Lead performing day-to-day operational management activities in order to provide to internal stakeholders with critical support and ensure all borrowers meet the disciplines as well as  remain a healthy portfolio for Vietnam.

1. Liaison with each of credit, sales, legal, Ops team to certify that all Borrower conditions subsequent (CS) have been met post to disbursement
