Job Title: Sales Executive (Hunter Role)
Job Description:
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the chemical industry to expand the company's market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the chemical sector.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and industry-specific research to identify high-value prospects.
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations tailored to clients in the chemical industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to newly acquired clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and regularly update the management team on sales progress and market opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the chemical industry.
Take responsibility for special projects aimed at driving growth in the chemical sector.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Business Administration/Management, Maritime Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in sales or business development, preferably in the chemical industry or a related field.
Strong ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline in a new market.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills tailored to the chemical industry.
Target-driven and passionate about new business acquisition in the chemical sector.
