- Develop sales and receivables plans based on internal performance indicators set by the department.
- Establish and manage partner channels, and develop corresponding strategies and sales models, including channel strategies, customer strategies, and cooperation models.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients in the assigned region, as well as develop new clients, follow up on potential leads, and ensure successful implementation.
- Oversee project contract signing, track project progress, resolve issues and obstacles within projects, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect market and policy information from various countries within the region, interpret and develop corresponding strategies, and provide feedback to internal teams to enrich product intelligence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and above.
- Experience in new energy, international trade, or overseas market management is preferred.
- Over 3 years of market and sales experience in the energy sector; overseas sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English or a local European language (preferred), with the ability to independently conduct business negotiations with overseas clients.
- Familiarity with client development, management, and maintenance, and strong market expansion and sales capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and management skills, with strong resilience under pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed abroad or travel frequently to overseas locations (Europe, Americas, Southeast Asia).
