GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Our market access specialist team is responsible for our connectivity to the European, Swiss-Exchange (EUREX/SIX), numerous brokers and different international trading platforms. Supported by colleagues in Singapore and Zurich, you'll be responsible for order, trade routing, financial instruments handling, FIX order flow and execution management platform.

• Provide dedicated post implementation support locally in Asia.

Application Support & Development

• Provide best of class support to the business and user community of execution management platform and associated systems.
• Proactively manage issues raised and escalated to the team by providing timely resolution and feedback.
• Ensure systems are behaving in a stable state by performing general system checks and maintenance tasks.
• Perform technical as well as functional analysis on issues through a combination of system behaviour, log files and scripts.
• Contribute to the development of the execution management platform to improve the application’s functionality and stability.
• Plan, test and deploy code releases in accordance with bank standards and processes.

• The role provides exposures to Wealth Management systems (CRM, Client on-boarding, KYC, AML, Name Check, Documentum, Captiva, GMC, and Liferay Portal)
• Investigate and resolve production issues to help maintain a stable production environment

This is a 2-month short term assignment from our Zurich office to Singapore branch to train the local team as part of the Global Control Centre setup to cover the night shift (Zurich time) to provide support services (e.g., for software, hardware, end user devices, networks) and monitoring capabilities to ensure continuous access to IT services and Live Cycle for End Users, with the following key areas of focus:

• Operational monitoring and support of the central and decentralized applications (IBM z/OS mainframe, Unix, Windows etc.) in the IT Control Center
• Execution and monitoring of requests for manual interaction in the different systems using OPC (z/OS) and AWA-Automic scheduling tools
• Perform day to day operational activities which included periodic system checks, IPLs, Start/End of day procedures, system health checks etc.
• Global coordination with Switzerland HUB to implement follow-the-sun model, participating in the shifts handover and keeping track of the main events of the shift in the team sharepoint
• Collaboration on releases, key date changes, disaster recovery tests, etc.
• Early escalation of Incidents to the responsible team and Incident Management organization, according to the applicable Incident Management process and available instructions
• Global collaboration with L2 and L3 responsible of the critical applications

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This role is for a senior Business Engineer. Responsibility includes driving the overall requirement engineering – analysing and detailing the business requirements, data mapping & data migration across systems and the downstream impact.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Functional

· The role will primarily focus on analysis of business requirements to understand the functional and system impact and documentation of functional specification or user stories, data mapping, migration, and any downstream impact

· Recommend functional solutions based on the understanding of Business requirements

· Work with the Product owner, Dev and Testing teams for requirement clarification, functional solution, and data mapping

· Provide support during the testing phases for any requirement / functional clarifications and defect analysis

· Closely work with Product owner & users during the UAT and drive the requirement discussions with product vendors as well when needed

· Proven experience in Leading requirement analysis, impact analysis for large complex project
