The Director of Institutional Research and Assessment is responsible for developing, leading, and managing a comprehensive institutional research and assessment program at the college level. As the program lead for institutional research, assessment and accreditation, he or she provides direction for data governance strategies and policies, assessment policies and practices, accreditation compliance and institutional reporting. More specifically, the Director will:

Institutional Research

1. Contribute to the management of the program for data analytics;
2. Develop and improve institutional analytical capabilities, including providing technical guidance on analytic methods and tools;

Clarion Corvus Trust are recruiting for a SEMH Specialist Resource Base (SRB) Teacher to join our education team at our Watton schools of Watton Westfield Infant and Nursery School and Watton Junior School.

We are looking for a Teacher to work in the school’s Specialist Resource Base in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and in line with the School/Academy’s Service Level Agreement with Norfolk County Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a purpose built SEMH SRB which opened to children in Key Stage 2 in September 2024. The successful candidate will be appointed prior to Key Stage 1 opening with the ability to access specific specialised training with the support of the local authority.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Learning Lead (Cognition and Learning) is responsible to the SENCO for delivering intervention programmes for students with Cognition and Learning difficulties, which may include those struggling with literacy and numeracy difficulties.

The qualifications and experience required of a Learning Lead are: • A good level of literacy and numeracy;

Learning lead (Cognition & Learning)

Starting January 2025
Permanent, 38.5 hours per week, term-time plus 1 week
FTE: £27,711-£30,060 per annum
Pro-rata £22,247-£24,551, including an
allowance for holiday pay

The Learning Lead (Cognition and Learning) is responsible to the SENCO for delivering intervention programmes for students with Cognition and Learning difficulties, which may include those struggling with literacy and numeracy difficulties.

The qualifications and experience required of a Learning Lead are:

• Courses completed in Cognition and Learning and other areas of SEND;
• Experience with SEND in a Secondary setting.
• Experience of delivering intervention programmes (Supporting development of literacy and numeracy, for example) or a willingness to undertake training.
• Experience of using assessment tools (YARC, for example) or a willingness to undertake training • Experience of mentoring students with Cognition and Learning difficulties.
• Degree (Not essential) or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of a grade C / 4 in English and Maths GCSE.
