Main Purpose of the Job:

The aim of the role of the Band 7 Senior Research Midwife/Nurse is to manage and enhance the overall delivery of clinical research within the Trust by providing support and management to the existing Research team, by assisting with clinical and administrative activities related to clinical trials, from initiation to termination, in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

The post holder will assist with the set-up, maintenance, and close down of clinical studies, in accordance with local and legislation within various clinical areas. The post will include assessing patients’ suitability to participate in research and innovation projects, ensuring informed consent is obtained; coordinating the logistics for patient visits and undertaking patient assessments in accordance with study protocol. All data will be recorded, including adverse and serious adverse events, in accordance with ICH-GCP. Our Imaging Clinical Research Facility is based in our St Thomas Hospital campus with strong research collaboration focusing on the development of novel acquisition, reconstruction and motion correction using different field strength MRI scanners. The facility is run by King’s College London, the University partner in close partnership with Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Clinical services are delivered to approximately 13,000 patients a year (Cardiac MRI, Perinatal MRI and the PET Centre), and were recently re-accredited in accordance with the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) 2021

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cardiac MRI Radiographer to join our nationally accredited clinical research imaging team. The department supports and mentors Radiographers in their personal and professional development including actively encouraging staff to attend high profile national and international seminars, conferences, presenting posters, abstracts and presentations.

We have a reputation for clinical excellence and high quality teaching and research. We are part of King’s Health Partners, one of eight accredited UK academic health sciences centres. Admin and Operations

Learner’s Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Provide quality customer experience through understanding of their queries and needs through email, walk-in and calls
• Ensure that all customer enquiries or feedbacks are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
• Facilitate effective learning experiences for participants

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline

1) Job Role

• This role supports the HR Manager in administering the company's policies and handles the hiring processes. This includes on-boarding and off-boarding practices, foreign worker administration and liaising with agencies on employment requirements.

2) Job Description

• Coordinate and conduct the administration, recruitment, employment relations, medical coverages and training of employees for the organisation in alignment with the organisation’s strategies and policies and procedures and directions of higher management
• Prepare and monitor employment contracts, pre-employment medical check-up and submissions of security screening details to governmental agencies
• Facilitating new hires on-boarding orientation and conduct periodic check-in sessions
• Create new hire records such as Staff Personnel File and profile creation via the HR system
• Process new hire and employee’s staff pass, name stamp and name cards
• Monitor the probationary period of new hires and obtain the confirmation recommendation letters from respective supervisors for management approval
• Conduct the off-boarding process such as exit interviews, handover, final settlement of last drawn salary and archiving staff personnel file documents
• Administer the foreign worker matters such as liaising with recruitment agencies on foreign worker manpower needs for the organisation, work permit applications and renewals, coordinate the submission of 6 monthly medical examinations (6ME) and repatriation matters
• Liaising with government agencies (ie;MOM/HDB) concerning Other Converted Living Quarter (OCLQ)
• Coordinate career fairs and road show campaigns and network with agencies and organisations for internship and recruitment opportunities
• Regular update of employment records via HR system
• Handle employee and department enquiries pertaining to employment matters, policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations and submit reports on employee grievances
• Manage the administration for Cab Charge matters for respective centres
• Raise the Material Service Requisition Form (MSRF) for any expenditure matters
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager and higher management

3) Candidates Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or Administration
• 1 year of experience in the relevant field
• Familiar and experience working with HRM systems

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administratively strong Research Executive at the Institute of Southeast Asian Arts (ISEAA).

Since its establishment in April 2010, the Institute of Southeast Asian Arts (ISEAA) has facilitated in-curricula assimilation of Southeast Asian arts with contemporary arts training at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). The study and research of Southeast Asian arts has positively influenced the multidisciplinary nature of art studies here at NAFA, accumulating a growing resource of ideas and innovations that include outcomes from 3D Design, Design & Media, Fine Art, Arts Management, Fashion, Theatre, Dance, and Music.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the incumbent would involve researching and developing digital frameworks within which archives and live material research can be activated, including metaverse and online interface. You are also expected to innovate and initiate new research paradigms for such platforms to facilitate learning outcomes from academic programmes involving ISEAA content and projects.

In addition, you are required to support and assist in the discharge of administrative functions pertaining to the execution of E&A programming (such as the annual SEA Arts Forum, Exhibitions, Artist in Residence and Performing arts Principals) and management of the archival microsite as part of ISEAA purview.

The role includes assisting communications with relevant academic and administration departments on the delivery of academic outcomes involving ISEAA content and projects, as well as performing other ad-hoc duties as required in support of or relation to the activities of partner teams contributing to the outcomes of ISEAA.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. You should possess a Minimum Degree in Arts and demonstrate knowledge of Arts & Humanities, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
2. To succeed in this role, you should also be proficient in MS Office Suite and IT savvy in gaming suite, digital applications and relevant technologies for online learning and delivery.
3. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of both English and at least one Asian language, as the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and writing materials for publications, catalogues, and other written content. A deep interest in the arts and culture will be an added advantage to effectively contribute to the role.
4. You should be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues, possess good organisational and coordination skills, and be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
