This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Delivery Consultant, to work as part of the Global Learning Development (GLD) team. The primary focus of the Learning Delivery Consultant is to ensure the effective and seamless delivery of our programs and ongoing learning initiatives to create a positive learning environment, which excels in achieving its objectives and strategic targets.
Reporting directly to a Learning Delivery Manager, the Learning Delivery Consultant supports [describe div or functional areas/geographic area of responsibility] and performs a variety of learning services at the points closest to learners receiving learning content. This experienced professional delivers, implements, or facilitates assigned training to our workforce. The Learning Delivery Consultant prepares and distributes communications to create the right levels of awareness, understanding of, and engagement with learning solutions among target audiences.
To be successful in this role the successful candidate will have strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills, and experience delivering learning content across a broad array of capability areas.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with internal and external Learning teams (consultants, designers, developers, project managers) to ensure learning solutions deliver the desired learner experience at agreed-upon times and dates to the right target audiences.
- Deliver training based on evidence-based practices.
- Coaches and prepares colleagues, instructors, subject matter experts, or vendors who will deliver or facilitate learning.
- Conduct train-the-trainer as needed.
- Assist with the development and delivery of online courses and live webinar trainings.
- Prepares and conducts ILT and VILT training programs within a particular division / geography across a broad array of capability areas.
- Learner engagement before, during, and after delivery.
- Enlists and collaborates with HR Operations to manage pre-event needs and provide onsite support in addition to tracking learner attendance / engagement.
- Gather metrics by which program and learner impact will be evaluated.
- Ensuring completion of required components of a learning solution across learner audiences in sequence, where applicable.
- Communicating with first-line managers of participants about their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, post-event certifications, as needed.
- Problem-solving and adjusting the real-time execution of a learning solution as needed.
- Effective presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings utilizing a variety of collaboration and engagement strategies.
- Experience with various video conferencing platforms to facilitate learning delivery.
- Proficiency using technology-based productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Google and other web applications.
- Experience delivering training (for several consecutive days) to audiences of varying size and organizational level.
- Experience coaching/consulting various styles of learners.
- Experience in client/partnership management.
- Knowledge of and ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to staff learning and development.
- Experience in applying concepts and practices of adult learning to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
- Time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, problem solving, collaboration, and sensibility to build rapport with client and co-workers).
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in direction and the ability to overcome challenges that accompany change.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, Learning, and related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience presenting/facilitating learning content (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 4 years).
Preferred:
- Experience in the areas of learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas; experience in applicable technical/professional areas pertinent to the division / function served (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales/marketing, etc.).
- Training/Facilitator Certification(s).
- Instructional coaching experience.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
