We are looking for a Experienced Support Worker (Internally known as a Support Co-Ordinator) who shares our purpose, to join our
expanding Independent Living Services Team where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across
Gloucestershire.




We have properties in predominately Cheltenham and Gloucester and we need people who are flexible to work from any of these
locations.




We are looking for someone to work Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-time on a rota basis (minimum 15 hours per week). We
need people who are flexible to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.



We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is
to provide the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. We aim to enhance individuals' independence skills,

Position: Experienced Support Worker (Internally known as Support Co-ordinator) (Job ID 905)

Hours: Full-time is 37.5 hours a week. Part-time also available. Shifts are on a rota basis including some weekends and Sleep
shifts.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Various locations across Gloucestershire, mostly Cheltenham and Gloucester.

Pay: £24,725 per year BAND C. Part-time salary will be pro rata plus an additional £8,320 per year if completing two sleep in
shifts a week (£80 Sleep per sleep shift). Bank is £12.50 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual

You will be working at one of our supported living services in Cheltenham GL51or GL52. We offer 24 hour support to people with LD (learning disabilities) and Autism.The level of care required will vary across our services. Some of the people we support have a profound and multiple learning disability and complex health needs others need assistance with daily activities, personal care, medicationand mobility as well as daily living tasks. We endeavour to create positive family relationships offering a good circle of support. There is a strong focus on supporting individuals' lives in a person centred way which includes various activities, shopping, managing own budgets and cooking. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible. Shift Patterns This is a 24 hour service, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:30 am to 2:30pm and 2:00 pm to 9:30pm, floating shifts during the dayandsome weekends. Please note that working hours may vary. Application Information:




Position: Experienced Support Worker (Internally known as Support Co-ordinator) (Job ID 905)

Hours: Full-time is 37.5 hours a week. Part-time also available. Shifts are on a rota basis including some weekends and Sleep
shifts.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Various locations across Gloucestershire, mostly Cheltenham and Gloucester.

Pay: £24,725 per year BAND C. Part-time salary will be pro rata plus an additional £8,320 per year if completing two sleep in
shifts a week (£80 Sleep per sleep shift). Bank is £12.50 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
