• Responsible for overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Support Division at a large garrison.
• Directs, develops, and administers plans and procedures; and implements regulations to ensure functions are carried out in accordance with governing laws, policies, regulations, and professional standards of service.
• Directs and develops finance and accounting operations through various services to include receipt of, distribution of, and accounting for NAF.
• Reviews and evaluates progress of program plans to determine whether overall objectives are being accomplished economically with reference to budget and manpower.
• Establishes and maintains internal control and audit procedures to ensure that personnel and funds are used in accordance with governing regulations.
• Serves as the garrison focal point for DMWR Support Management policies and practices.

• Provide advice to Project Management staff concerning the contractual/ procurement aspects of highly complex, high monetary value, rapid and long-term acquisitions for Security Cooperation / Security Assistance / Foreign Military Sales cases.
• Perform the full spectrum of planning, development of the Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP), and support of the pre-award and post award actions.
• Serve as the Acquisition/Program Management Branch Lead and as such recommend final approval of acquisitions for the accomplishment of projects/programs.
• Serve as the organization’s primary representative on procurement task forces.
• Make reports to higher headquarters on status of contracts.
• Monitor and provide training, as necessary, for ethics programs such as Standards of Conduct and Procurement Integrity.

We are looking for a Food Service Manager for The Highland Soap Visitor Centre & Larder Caf in Fort William. This is a new position in the company, designed to strengthen the management team. Salary will be dependent on experience but will be respectable.

The Highland Soap Visitor Centre & Larder Cafe has been a fantastic success since we opened it in December 2020. We have a large shop, which has recently doubled in size with room to double again. Our cafe has 110 covers and an outdoor events space - and all set in 6 acres of grounds with views over Ben Nevis in what is undoubtably the area’s best located tourist destination.

We are a friendly, locally-owned business with a good local reputation and a strong tourist trade. We make good quality food out of local ingredients and are increasingly becoming known nationally as a wonderful day out for a family. Opening hours are mostly 9am-5pm, 7 days though we have an ambition to do evenings in the summer. Operationally, the site is running smoothly with a strong team.

This is an exciting opportunity to run the cafe and manage a friendly hardworking team.

We are looking for someone experienced in running a busy restaurant or hotel and managing staff. Applicants should have experience in rota planning, interviewing potential new team members and operating within a budget. This role will report into our General Manager and will require working closely with our Head Chef.

Job Description:

The Customer Engagement Application Lead will be responsible for delivering portfolio of application and process solutions to the cross-platform sales, marketing, and field service organizations enabling commercial and service excellence. This role will be responsible for ensuring systems meet our cross-platform business needs inclusive of essential changes that will support evolving business requirements and the driving of continuous improvement. The Customer Engagement Application Lead will work closely with business product owners and stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities to improve the adoption and value of key productivity tools in the Customer Engagement ecosystem.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): 

Business Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g. business, implementation partners, executives, and other IT departments) on matters related to Customer Engagement Application Services.
• Work closely with business leadership, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the adoption and value of key productivity tools in the Customer Engagement ecosystem.
• Actively engage with the business product owners and stakeholders to drive alignment of process and requirements.
• Continuously monitor the application performance and gather feedback from business product owners and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements.
• Provide periodic communication to the business stakeholders regarding project status, request backlogs, and support metrics.

Project Leadership and Operations

• Act as the primary IT product owner (SME) of the applications within Customer Engagement Applications portfolio and related business processes.
• Responsible for the overall delivery of operational support, ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the Enterprise Services Support teams, to ensure high quality and response handling of tier 1 and 2 issues, working closely to escalate issues and ensure excellent customer service to our users. 
• Engage with the Customer Engagement COE, in collaboration with enterprise architect and other platform CE leaders to determine the best approach to address the needs of the business while also maintaining a standard solution for BW. 
• Act as the project leader on implementation and improvement projects.
• Coordinate projects and team members across platforms, working closely with Business Partners, Project Managers, and Enterprise Services to deliver robust solutions to the business teams.
• Communicate with internal IT teams and the business community to ensure team members are aware of status, KPIs for projects are understood and visible, key decisions are made on a timely basis and manage escalations to ensure the on-time quality delivery of projects/changes. 
• Analyze, design, and implement process improvement changes that will enable business value.
• Work closely with the business to track and prioritize request backlog (a list of features and requirements).
• Provide periodic updates to business stakeholders on projects, continuous improvement initiatives and requests backlogs.
• Point person for management of software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.
• Educate business teams on application features and functionality.

• Stay current on vendor application roadmap, releases, and industry best practices, bringing that knowledge into delivering best solution for the business.
• Ensure that the implemented applications serve its intended purpose, deliver business adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Knowledge and Experience

• Must have 5+ years of experience leading CRM, CPQ, Field Service and Marketing Tool deployments, from scope all the way to stabilization in a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of the Sales, Quoting, and Field Service processes.
• Must have direct experience of leveraging and integrating enterprise level systems, inclusive of CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Business Intelligence.
• Ideal candidates will have experience implementing Microsoft D365 CRM & Field Service Solutions.
• Must have broad experience either as part of business operations or be very familiar with broad business operations and have a track record of successful management of change.
• Must have experience delivering excellent user support within a matrix structure.
• Experience in systems governance and change control.
• Experience estimating project costs and leading projects.
• Preferred work experience in a manufacturing company with machine builder/OEM business processes.

About the role: 

The Sr Manager, Utility Customer Success Management will be responsible for empowering the customer to minimize time to value and working cross functionally to drive initiatives internally on their behalf. About you:

• Prior experience in SAAS, multifamily, hoa or proptech. 

• Technical aptitude and ability to identify alternative solutions to customer issues.

Summary of This Role

Accountable for the identification, development and delivery of Continual Service Improvement plans and initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance operational efficiencies. Oversees the operational model across multiple Third Party Providers to ensure alignment to non-functional requirements across Business As Usual (BAU) service provision, partner contract renewal, and new third-party contracts. Responsible for BAU Operational and Transition Readiness of significant events, including new client conversions, new products and services, and decommissioning of existing products. Ensures all aspects of processing service are provided as required by the client contract to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production processing and contractual obligations are met within a regulatory framework.

What Part Will You Play?

• Responsible for the holistic management of two to three clients (depending on level of service complexity) and their TS2 production services, including any additional associated processing services and products.
• Develops and delivers continuous service improvement plans and initiatives for clients and their use of Global products or platforms. Conducts root cause analysis to develop action plan implementation.
• Responsible for the holistic management of two to three partners (depending on level of service complexity) and their production services. Tracks partner service-level performance and proactively identifies ways of continuously improving service to exceed client expectations.
• Manages services transition into BAU by working with the relevant business areas via stakeholder management, in the transfer of new clients, products and platforms on go-live.
• Conducts regular service reviews with allocated clients and partners, acting as a client advocate with multiple internal teams to address any service deficiencies and escalation of partner issues.
• Acts as client escalation point in the event of need for Severity 1 incidents.

As the Sr. Manager, US Vision Care Strategic Insights, you will partner with US Vision Care (USVC) Brand leaders and leadership team to lead market, customer, and consumer insights and analysis for OTC brands, including SYSTANE®, PATADAY®, OPTI-FREE®, and CLEAR CARE®.  You will interpret secondary performance data and design primary research plans to deliver market insights and actionable strategic recommendations.  This role serves as a strategic partner in guiding our brands in leveraging data and insights to drive business decisions.  You will work closely with the USVC leadership team in our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, to source data, generate insights, and consult on actioning against those insights to win market share. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Business Analytics, with regular engagement to ensure strategic insights and secondary research data inform their business plans, strategies and selling stories.

• Provide expertise, coaching, and training to cross-functional partners on how to effectively gather and interpret information from primary and secondary information sources for consumer, shopper and eye care professional insights.

• Manage brand health tracking, advertising testing, packaging testing, and brand perception KPI strategy for OTC brands.

• Design custom primary research to answer specific prioritized business questions.

• Manage onsite Circana/IRI contractors, including prioritizing efforts to support the information and analytics needs of the Alcon user community, particularly the insights needs of the OTC Brand team.

• Lead advanced market research projects such as Marketing Mix, Consumer/Customer Segmentation, Price Elasticity, SKU/Assortment Optimization, Matched Market and Market Structure.

• Manage secondary and primary research budgets and contracts for OTC brands and oversee vendor relationships, training, reporting systems, tools and insight development. 

• Collaborate with global marketing peers to drive strong strategic alignment on consumer and HCP insights.

• Consult with / guide Sr. Leadership in development of key presentations, such as QBR, Integrated Business Planning, Target Submission, Annual Budgeting, New Product Planning

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs) 

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Preferred Requirements: 

• Experience in B2C (consumer) and B2B (healthcare) primary and secondary data insightsPrior marketing research and insights roles with experience designing primary research and analyzing secondary data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI). Ideally within CPG categories.

• Proven insights experience that delivers business results.   

• Expert PowerPoint and Excel Skills.
