Our client based in Guildford is seeking experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Advisors
This role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions to support the Sales Department.
Handling all sales leads originating from our digital enquiry portal, live chat, or email and maximising every opportunity to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional commitment to customer care and possess a professional demeanour
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a customer service or sales role
- Key interest in sales process
- Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills
- Consistently achieve quality standards for calls and emails as defined by company service levels
- Ability to provide personalised service.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
