You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients. Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and an annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. Building and growing a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing the same. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings as well as preparing renewal reports and other technical documents.
