PMO Manager
Full Time - Permanent
This is a hybrid role based in Rugby for the next 12 months with an upcoming office relocation to a new location located within 10 miles of Rugby.
Are you an experienced PMO Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our dynamic Transformation Team and play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring effective governance of projects and programmes. We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in developing PMO functions, a good understanding of project management methodologies and strong analytical/communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop processes and procedures that support programme and project delivery.
- Ensure effective governance of programmes and projects.
- Provide quality assurance to the overall MSC Project Portfolio.
- Develop and produce effective reporting at the MSC Project Portfolio level.
- Undertake Portfolio Level Resource Planning.
- Ensure appropriate controls and reporting are in place for the MSC Portfolio Level finances.
- Ongoing development of the MSC Project Delivery Framework.
- Drive continuous improvement and develop maturity of the PMO Function.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO Management and / or Lead roles.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Project for the Web, MS Project, ).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret a range of data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
