As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage cost controls, budgets, and the financial planning of our projects, working closely with the commercial team and senior management. • Experience: Experience in quantity surveying, ideally with a residential developer or within the housebuilding sector.
• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; RICS or CIOB membership preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cost planning, budget management, and construction contracts, with experience using cost management software (e.g., COINS, CostX).
• Analytical and Communication Skills: High attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
