Job Responsibilities:
- Review architectural plans and undertake take-off for cost plans and bills of quantities.
- Prepare contract documents and tender documentation.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparation on Progress Claim, Sub-contractors and suppliers Payment.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Certificate in Quantity Surveyor.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of working experience in this related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
