Job Description:

Responsible for achieving sales target by promoting our product lines to the Retailers, Contractors, Investors.

1. Acquire deep product knowledge on all products.
2. Understand the profile and buying needs of Customers (C) and expand support and businesses, by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support.
3. Prospect new customers and developers, conducting cold-calls and sales visits pipelines.
4. Promote product lines through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through events and networking sessions.
5. Responsible for preparing concept proposals, specifications, quotations and generating sales turnover according to targets.
6. Be a trusted partner and support to Customers (Retailers, Contractors, Investors) by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support.
7. Develop a clear understanding of all products and provide training (internal and external) when required.
8. Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts.
9. Responsible for pricing enquiries, follow-up orders and delivery schedules.
10. Provide sales report to Head of Sales.

Requirements:

1. 5 years’ experience in sales (especially in construction line OR construction-related products).
2. Strong customer focus, an advocate of excellent customer service.
3. Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals.
4. Ability to provide an appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations.
5. Possess own transport, and ready to travel as when is required to Klang Valley, or any places in Malaysia (MUST).
6. The candidate must be able to work independently and mature.

Salary Offered: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 (*Subject to your working experiences, qualifications, and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provision of all the technical data to the commercial manager to be included in the project’s reports and such other reports, exercises, or investigations required by the team or client.
• Claims financial analysis and recommendation to the client.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent and adequate administration procedures. These procedures will be followed across the project by the respective quantity surveyors working under the construction managers.
• Quantifying and estimating costs for all proposed variations/change orders.
• Preparing, as required, cost estimates for each potential change.
• Generating and processing necessary change order documentation.
• Resolving requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes, and contract claims.
• Management of provisional sum expenditures and monthly cost reporting.
• Ad-hoc assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least min 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and year-end consolidation, group quarterly results announcement to Bursa Malaysia, group forecasts, budgets and year-end statutory accounts for the Group.
• Oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies within the Group.
• Perform analytical review of subsidiary companies’ monthly financials.
• End-to-end preparation of the annual report.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on all audit matters.
• Assist with internal reporting to the Board and external stakeholders such as corporate banks and shareholders.
• Part of a team responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
• Support and undertaking ad-hoc matters as required by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or a professional accounting qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
• Must be able to handle group consolidation.
• Minimum of 5 years related working experience; with strong expertise on group accounting and consolidation. Prior work experience from Developers Company would be beneficial.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong analytical skills.
• Advance skill with Excel and good with PowerPoint.
• Experience with corporate governance.
