Responsibilities:
Tracking, planning, monitoring and coordinating to keep workflow on track.
Assist project manager in managing and executing projects.
Create and update workflows.
Order resources or materials.
Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Measure and report on project performance.
Act as the point of contact for all participants.
Requirements:
Work experience as a Project Executive, Project Coordinator or similar role.
Good organization and time-management skills.
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
