Duties and Responsibilities:
1) To advise management on the requirements and compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
(WSHA) and other subsidiary legislations (including Risk Management and Incident Reporting, etc.
2) To inspect and discuss findings on the equipment or procedures that may cause risk of bodily injury to
workers working within the premises and advise on their remedial actions.
3) To investigate and assist the supervisors in the investigation of any workplace accident and advise on the
remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence.
4) To act as the Secretary in the monthly WSH Committee Meeting, prepare minutes of meeting.
5) To compile endorsed WSH minutes of meetings for future reference.
6) To work closely with the relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry Of Manpower/Occupational Safety and Health
Division) on safety and health matters.
7) To administer and implement an effective Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) in
accordance with prevailing legislation; and
8) To assist appointed risk management team in the review of risk assessments.
Requirment:
- Diploma/Specialist Diploma in relevant field/
- Applicants who have completed WSH Level C
- 5 years of relevant working experience in HDB Project
