Admin cum Accounts Assistant Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
Handling general administrative tasks;
Attend to incoming phone calls, emails and mails;
Preparations of documents/ fees proposals for submission
Handling Account Receivable (AR);
Posting of accounting entries for AR;
Issue invoices and statements of accounts;
Preparation and submission of e-invoices at customers’ portals;
Prepare and generate monthly account receivable reports.
Any ad-hoc admin/ accounts duties assigned
Able to work independently.
