Administrative Assistant
Hindle House, Banbury

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Central Income Team based in Banbury. This opportunity is situated right in the heart of our professional call center environment and involves providing support on administrations tasks to the wider Income Services department.
The role of Administrative Assistant will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound post including sending arrears letters
- Applying rent credits or charges and taking payments from tenants upon request
- Delivering a high quality customer focused administrative support service to internal and external customers
- Maintaining effective filing systems, database records and processes
- Proactively managing complaints for service area, focusing on first contact resolution
- Updating and maintaining all manual and computerised records in an accurate and timely manner
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role in a customer service environment
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Working knowledge of producing and analysing statistical data and compiling reports
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)
