Team/Role Overview

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team.

What we’ll need from you

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience performing/reviewing contract analysis under ASC 606-Revenue from Contracts with Customers

• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro etc.)

• 7+ years relevant work experience, preferably a mix of public accounting and private industry

• Knowledge of a broad range of revenue (ASC 606) and accounting concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders

• Ability to manage a team of professionals, juggle multiple tasks, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to proactively organize and plan project activities and dependencies to achieve success

• Confidence, good judgment, adaptability and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management, business functions and geographies

Position Summary

Pernod Ricard North America (specifically, Hiram Walker & Sons Limited) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Finance Consolidation Lead. THE JOB

We are seeking an Accounting Manager for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. This position oversees accounting and control in a corporate setting, and interacts with multiple divisions, including the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred. MBA a plus

• The successful candidate will have directed an accounting and control organization of relevant size and complexity through a period of sustained growth. First-hand experience in the corporate office of a global, publicly traded company with multi-national locations and revenue greater than $1 billion is strongly preferred.
• Strong accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle, but equivalent is sufficient

Position Summary

The Internal Audit department works proactively with the organization to mitigate risk and provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, while also providing meaningful insights and solutions to improve business processes.

The Internal Audit Senior Manager will report to the Internal Audit Senior Director and serve as a value-added resource in designing and executing assurance responsibilities to help the organization achieve its objectives. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the projects and development of the Manager on the Internal Audit team. The candidate will collaborate with the Internal Audit team to achieve the goals of the annual audit plan. The candidate will build relationships with teams across the organization and develop meaningful recommendations to improve and simplify business processes. The candidate will have a hands-on approach and be involved in all aspects of audit projects, from planning to execution. Requirements

- Experience / Background:

• Minimum of 8+ years of internal audit/external audit experience.

- Education / Certification:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, or related field.
• Recognized accounting/information system/auditing certification required: CPA, CISA, CIA and/or CISSP

- Skills:

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
