As the Consultant in Public Health and Head of the Population Health Management Hub at GSTT, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative population health and health equity programmes. Working closely with senior clinicians, managers, and local public health teams, you will oversee strategic initiatives aimed at creating equitable, preventative, and population health-based care models.

This highly technical role involves advancing existing services like the Children and Young People’s Health Partnership and developing new care models to address unmet needs. The role requires strong clinical experience, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to effect positive change in health outcomes.






• Lead the Population Health Management Hub to understand the healthcare public health needs of GSTT’s populations.
• Develop an evidence-based framework to prioritize clinical services, focusing on health promotion, early intervention, secondary prevention, and access to care for priority populations.
• Engage clinical leaders, managers, commissioners, and patient/public involvement groups to plan and support service transformation.

• We’re looking for someone who can provide effective assurance for regular audit engagements while working in Technology, Infrastructure and Cyber Security

What you’ll do

Day-to-day, you’ll be leading your audit team as they deliver audit engagements on time and to budget while undertaking key aspects of assurance fieldwork and supporting assurance planning.

We’ll look to you to leverage internal audit methodology and tools. You’ll also make sure that our global methodology is fully compliant and accurate. That way the audit management tool is up-to-date. You’ll also build on our internal audit position and influence our evolution of control.

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of a flexible and risk-based audit plan that addresses regulatory requirements and provides independent assurance and impactful opinions
• Supervising the audit engagement team while supporting them through coaching to help them realise their potential

You’ll be able to successfully lead a team in delivering projects while adhering to budget, schedule and quality. You’ll also support your team by identifying talent, coaching and feedback.

You’ll also need:

• Excellent knowledge of IT general controls
• Outstanding subject matter expertise and experience of technology risk management in infrastructure or cyber security
• Great knowledge of technology service operation either as an IT auditor or an IT practitioner
