• Plan and execute risk-based process audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements
• Identify control lapses, assess risks, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practicable action plan to mitigate risks, close gaps and improve internal controls
• Prepare draft audit report, communicate audit findings and associated risk, and discuss recommendation and action plan with process owners and key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial, operational, compliance audit and/ or in-house internal audit
• Sound knowledge of internal controls, internal auditing techniques and Standards
• Meticulous self-starter with strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build good working relationship with all levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in English language with good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Audit Analytics Software will be advantageous

The is a work-based learning course which includes a thorough grounding in engineering principles, concepts and theories while appreciating the complexity and interaction of managerial, technical and environmental issues in the modern workplace.

Role Overview
To support the Group Account Director in providing a ‘customer first’ service to our film and entertainment clients delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s at all times. Manage projects from brief through to execution ensuring they are flawlessly moved through the business with a right first time focus. Be pro-active in your approach towards the client, helping them, the account team and internal colleagues, meet all business objectives and service delivery expectations.
The role will require you to be on-site at our Waltham Cross/Soho office during your working week though there is flexibility for some working from home. Primary Objectives

We are seeking a candidate who will develop, lead and sustain research of an international standard in “High-frequency III-Nitride Growth, Device design and Fabrication”. The candidate should possess strong experimental and theoretical expertise in III-Nitride growth and/or device design and fabrication for devices (e.g. HEMTs, MISHEMTs, FinFETs etc.) for high-frequency applications.

This position will be held at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Areas and priorities that we wish to develop and support through this appointment include:

• III-Nitride epitaxial growth on various substrates (Si, SiC, Sapphire etc.) using MOCVD.
• III-Nitride epitaxial wafer characterisation techniques (e.g. Hall, XRD, PL etc).
• Design of advanced III-Nitride device structures particularly for high-frequency (microwave and millimeter-wave) applications.
