The successful candidate should have a strong background in both mathematical/machine learning methods and biological laboratory techniques. He or she will also be responsible for data analysis and for developing computational models, algorithms, and tools to analyse and interpret complex biological datasets derived from multi-omics data. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods, as well as expertise in programming languages such as R and/or Python with training in biology, biochemistry or a related discipline.
