Long-Range/Strategic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, prioritize, communicate commercialization roadmaps that allow for success (projects completed on time and within budget) in the product development and launch phases.
• Lead in the execution of the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to growth, making sure key stakeholders are involved throughout the process. This includes commercializing product in CHG SAP Operating platform and associated systems such as Vistex, PLM, SCM etc.
• Collects and keys marketing information in the PLM system for CHG products while ensuring GS1 compliance in collaboration with the Regulatory team and outside agencies/vendors
• Creates and maintains packaging designs for re-formulated and new products.  Works with Purchasing on inventory and packaging.
• Actively monitors and tracks sales performance and executes a dynamic SKU rationalization process.
• Provides forecasting insight to the Demand Planner.
• Provides key marketing support to Sales Managers/Directors to include product, packaging, recipe, and menu extensions in collaboration with R&D and Culinary teams

Day-to-Day/Tactical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads analysis of business RFPs including the execution of costing/pricing requests to set and make actions and recommendations as needed
• Manage relationships with stakeholders: intake their requests, gather requirements, discuss prioritization, and be transparent about timing and delivery.
• Articulate clear commercialization priorities driven by data and inclusive of measurable KPIs and targets that align with company and business goals.
• Ensure coordination and collaboration across research and development, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and engineering to properly manage dependencies and execute efficiently.
• Key participant in the product development and commercialization process including packaging updates and enhancements Leads agencies and creates and maintains packaging designs for re-formulated and new products in collaboration with Purchasing
• Acts as the Sales and Marketing liaison to Production, Logistics, Research & Development, and Purchasing for product/package changes and introductions.  Assembles information for packaging layouts and approvals in conjunction with agencies/vendors.
• Responsible for maintaining files and price books (Price Lists, Special Pricing, Deviations) related to specified sales regions
• Collaborates with R&D to implement specifications for nutritional, product reference, menu extensions, recipes and handling instructions for product and packaging formulations.
• Scopes projects, gathers data, analyzes information, and recommends solutions to business issues as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
• Participates in the daily Customer Service meeting to identify product/customer issue/opportunity for the Sales and Marketing Department.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education/Certifications:

• B.A./B.S. required
• M.B.A. or PMP preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Experience:

• At least five years of progressive growth within the marketing discipline.  Preferred fields draw from product management. Foodservice experience is a plus.

Job Brief

Sun Holdings is seeking a Manager, Sales Tax, to manage all aspects of our sales tax process. This is an individual contributor role and includes, but not limited to, auditing returns, reconciling withholdings, submitting timely and accurate payments, software implementation to improve the process, educating staff to minimize assessments and serve as the point person for all sales tax audits.

The Manager, Sales Tax, is responsible for preparing and auditing monthly sales tax documents and updating software.  Additionally, the Manager, Sales Tax, will perform and post financial transactions in the general ledger requiring strong attention to detail, and carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to tax agencies via email and handling invoices) as needed.

The Manager, Sales Tax, will ensure the company’s sales tax payments are timely and accurate, and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales tax records and files
• Examine sales tax policies and handle sales tax payments and returns
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses)
• Reconcile tax payments
• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct month-end closures
• Accrue the appropriate and accurate sales tax
• Prepare audit documents
• Advise staff on sales tax issues
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Process improvement of financial processes
• Other duties as assigned

• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise

The opportunity:

Ferguson is looking to hire motivated Sales Support Representatives who have the desire to build a long-term career with the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs
• Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse
• Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers
• Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively
• Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers

What you need to succeed?

• 0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• A desire to learn with a drive to succeed
• Passion for collaboration and desire to assist customers across the team
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs
• Drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
