What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration and Exams Officer to join our school’s administration team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and overseeing the organisation and management of all school exams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and school records
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
• Coordinate internal and external exams, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Organise exam timetables, accommodations, and logistics for exam days
• Liaise with exam boards, manage exam materials, and oversee the results process
Requirements:
• GCSE Maths and English
• Strong school administration experience or experience of working in a customer–facing environment
• Previous administration and experience School SIMS database experience
• Previous Exams Officer experience
