As an Insurance Coordinator you will play a vital role in how the group manages insurance claims by managing the flow of information, undertaking investigations and analysis, and preparing key management information.
You will do this by being a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills with a great can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

We are looking for - A highly inquisitive, friendly individual, who is analytical, great with deadlines and can juggle multiple things at once.
That’s not all however, you must have a real enthusiasm for getting to the root of issues, have great administration skills and be able to manage multiple enquiries in addition to having a keen eye for detail.
What will my working week look like?
No two days will be alike as this is a really varied role and you will liaise with customers, internal colleagues and insurer and brokers.
You will be part of a small but friendly team who will work closely with you in this role and you'll receive plenty of support as you learn the ropes and take on new challenges.
You will however be homebased, living within the Northwest, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office approximately once a week.
What will I be responsible for doing?
As an Insurance Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our insurance claims management process and managing queries from a range of stakeholders.
You'll be juggling multiple tasks and will serve as the initial point of contact for enquiries into the team and will be making sure we stay on top of our deadlines and collating a range of data.
Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you uncover patterns and trends in our claims data, helping us make improvements and providing quality management information.
You'll be the go-to person for updates and must be extremely organised and ensure trackers and mailboxes are kept up to date.
There is real variety in this role! And you will be involved in a range of different scenarios that makes this an exciting role. You will be working with all parts of the business and at all levels, so it’s crucial that you can be engaging, supportive but have a real eye for detail.

- A high degree of personal initiative and autonomy with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience of working in an claims related role.
- Ideally knowledge or experience of insurance within a regulated sector (this is not essential however)
- Strong analytical skills and highly inquisitive.
- Very organised and methodical and have great excel skills.
