• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in delivering insurance projects related to policy management, claims processing, underwriting, and sales.
• Skilled in collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop effective solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of policy management systems and their integration with other systems such as billing, claims, and CRM.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
