We started with SnackMagic and developed new brands to expand our unique gifting options, including swag, shops, virtual experiences, and more! Through Stadium, corporate organizers are able to use our easy-to-use platform to provide mood-boosting gifts to delight groups of 5-20,000.
We’re a product-first ambitious team that’s obsessed with a united vision for taking our business to new heights, and we're a true pandemic pivot story. SnackMagic came to be, and now our other brands have grown tremendously due to our agile team and ability to pioneer new verticals as we do it. We have a lot of exciting things to come and are expanding our ability to help companies together in a changing world. We’ve shipped millions of snacks worldwide and grew from 0 to $20M in run-rate revenue in our first year.
As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a full-time person who can bridge the gap between all stakeholders - vendors, customers, and the team. We need someone who can learn quickly and is looking at taking this on completely. We're looking for someone who is flexible, honest, and has a good attitude. We only hire people who leave their ego at the door and are open to learning new things.
This is a contracted position, and there will be a 3-month paid trial period.
What you will do:
- Sourcing vendors we can partner with in various countries all around the world
- Setting up vendors on our backend system as per our SOPs
- Use our platform, ESS & Spree, to connect the partners through Shopify / OrderDesk.
- Uploading products on our backend system according to our standards
- Daily monitoring of pending orders from vendors across all verticals to ensure orders are being shipped on time
- Reaching out to these vendors via email and/or WhatsApp with their pending orders if necessary
- Assisting our customer service team to receive updates and solve these cases with our vendors
- Reviewing ratings and feedback to flag issues and improve our customer experience
What you bring to the team:
- Detail-oriented – this is especially important when checking pictures and descriptions for uploading offerings as well as keeping our menu up to standard and appealing
- A good communicator – we are dealing with different cultures and languages all over the world, so it is important to always speak clearly, but also be friendly and inviting when dealing with our partners/ambassadors, recipients as well as colleagues
- The ability to multitask – You may be busy with a task, and something urgent comes in and needs to be dealt with
- Hard-working and helpful team player– We work as a team, so you will have work that needs to be done, but whenever possible, make yourself available to help
- Eager to learn but will be required to do more basic admin-heavy tedious tasks
- Always be honest and respectful
- Can learn new things and have the spirit to conquer challenges head-on
- Be adaptable - Can think on her/his feet and have a flair for creative solutions
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (and written English)
- Experience working with customers over email
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Being able to work well in a global remote team setting
- Be a problem solver. It is ok to ask for help when needed but take the initiative to find a solution.
- Computer skills
- Manages emails daily through Gmail
- Efficient in G-suite/ Microsoft Excel, Word, etc
- Previous exposure to website development programs like Canva to edit and crop images is beneficial but not required
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- Flawless internet connectivity (remote working)
- Must be able to work in one of the following time schedules (after the training period):
- 11:00pm - 8:00am ET // 9:30am - 6:30pm IST
- 3:00am - 12:00pm ET // 1:30pm - 11:30pm IST
