Your new role
Promote and align yourself with the company standards.

Lead reputation management, with review management, escalation of complaints, and compensation resolution.
In CSM absence, be responsible for line queries from the CS team, meeting attendance and liaise with other departments.

Our client based in Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, temporary position working within the Public Sector and the ideal candidate must have experience working on NEC Projects.

The purpose of the role is to provide Quantity Surveying and estimating services in order to meet the requirements of the Council and other clients whilst demonstrating value for money. Ensure all costs are recorded and income recovered, annual turnover circa. £80m, individual works orders from £100 to £20m. For NEC Highways and Street Lighting PFI Contracts.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the day-to-day delivery of services to achieve the required quality, cost and programme assurance, to achieve high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. You will interface with internal and external client teams throughout the Council and external clients for third party works.
• To manage the financial issues and apply cost control procedures related to the procurement and delivery of the Council's extensive Highways investment programme. Provide professional advice on appropriate procurement routes to obtain best value. The post attracts significant financial responsibility with a requirement to report on the day-to-day financial aspects of capital projects as directed; ensure proper financial monitoring of contractors' cost/price structures as they relate to capital and revenue provisions.

Requirements:

• HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying
• Extensive knowledge of effective cost management of highway works
• Quantity surveying and estimating experience within a Highways / civil engineering setting.
• Detailed knowledge of NEC forms of contract and current regulations and safe practices.

Requirements

Role Expectations

Care Co-Ordinator

Opportunity for a Care Co-ordinator to work within the Cambridge Locality Team, Based in Cambridge.

The hourly rate for this role is: £26.00 Per Hour

The team sits within the Cambridge Locality Team with the role predominately managing a caseload of diverse service users, delivering a range of clinical skills and building a therapeutic and recovery-based relationship. You will be taking on the role of care co-ordinator for clients and provide leadership to support others and ensuring that full assessment of individual care. needs are undertaken. There care must be planned, implemented and reviewed on a regular basis. As part of this role you will be acting as a role model and promote effective teamwork across the service to meet individual client needs. You must be able to ensure that the CPA and Mental Health Act is
adhered to at all times, and to work within the boundaries set out by the Trust' Policies and
Procedures.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
