*Key Responsibilities*
- Perform administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and data entry.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of sports events, training sessions, and day-to-day activities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media, delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate schedules and update clients, participants, and stakeholders on event or session details.
- Manage event registrations, participant records, and inventory tracking for sports equipment and supplies.
- Contribute to light social media duties, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages, and engaging with the online community.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and event-related materials
- Collaborate with the team to organize and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely communication of updates to relevant parties.
*Experience*
-Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or social media role is advantageous.
-Experience in the sports or fitness industry is a plus but not mandatory.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
