• Maintain and update filing systems
• Update tracker of contractor safety performance
• Prepare monthly report for different projects
• Prepare and update manpower on daily basis for projects
• Apply administration clearance for projects
• Prepare and submit requisition form to procurement
• Prepare assessment report
• Project management on administration work
• Preparation of purchase order
• Admin experience from building construction would be added advantages
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel & Word)
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Good work attitude; self-motivated; willing to learn
