The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue strategies, techniques, best practices, and driving total revenue management across the Hotel. He/she is responsible for pricing, inventory management, and analysis in line with Hotel and MOHG standards and policies.

Major responsibilities

• Proactively manage inventory for the Hotel to maximize revenue in all areas.

The Deputy Director, PMD, serves as the Department's chief oversight manager for approved DOE loan guarantees, and directs the organizational activities of the division. The Deputy Director, PMD, exercises management authority over the life cycle of an approved loan subsequent to financial close through the final payment of the guaranteed debt obligation or expiration of the loan guarantee. This oversight responsibility is expected to evolve over several decades as approved projects move from design, engineering, and construction phases into operating phases of the project life cycle.

Establishes PMD processes and oversight requirements for portfolio management and project oversight, including the development of Credit Monitoring Plans (CMPs), which provide the guidance, template, and basis for rating and monitoring the risks of individual projects with approved loans.

Collaborates with other LPO Division Directors on the development of CMPs. Establishes and monitors compliance with CMPs and approves quarterly/semi-annual project credit reports.

Oversees all post-issue asset management activities including periodic reassessment of the risk profiles of projects with approved loan guarantees, processing of requested modifications to loan terms, including, but not limited to, amendments, waivers, and consents as provided for in individual loan guarantee agreements, pre-claim structuring, claim payments, post-claims restructurings, and settlements.

In consultation with the PMD Director and/or LPO Director, serves as chief negotiator for the rescheduling of debt and exercises broad discretionary authority in deciding upon various courses of action that will affect such recovery. Represents DOE's interests in complex negotiations with borrowers, co-creditors, and outside legal, marketing, and financial experts. Establishes loan loss reserves.

Plans and develops claim methods and procedures in consultation with the PMD Director, LPO Director, LPO Chief Operating Officer, LPO General Counsel, LPO Contracting Officer, and other LPO Division Directors as needed.

Takes action (including, but not limited to, extension, forbearance, rescheduling, workouts, litigation, collateral repossession, and other collection actions) as may be necessary to effect maximum recoveries.

The office devises and implements research strategy whilst addressing Singapore’s national priorities. We also develop research-related policies and coordinate research-related operations at the university level. The incumbent plays a leading role in driving and implementing research strategies and initiatives, principal coordinator across multiple university departments and academic entities to develop the administrative instruments necessary to ensure the delivery of strategic research / initiative outcomes, and lead the administrative functions of the Research Office.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Drive key strategic initiatives together with Associate Vice Presidents of the Research office and Centre Directors of University-level research centres.
• Oversee risk and governance of university-level research centres. Review resercarch agreements involving overseas collaboration partners to establish if further risk assessment is required; and to see through risk assessment and the development of mitigation measures.
• Provide support to research strategies and initiatives including gathering, mapping, and analysing research expertise, proposals, meeting briefs / minutes, supporting research collaborations, coordinating review, and coordinating visits / workshops.
• Work synergistically with stakeholders to coordinate the formulation and development of policy and procedural papers in relation to the implementation of new initiatives and/or revision of existing policies/guidelines that guide research activity across the University.
• Enable oversight of Research Office on university-level research centres, establishing a coordinated and integrated process among the various departments such as Human Resource, Finance and IT in harmonizing the list of research institutes between regulation and systems.
• Facilitate the process of opening new university-level research centers and/or close research centre.
• Using analytics to review the performance of research centres and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with Finance to review budget submissions.
• Part of the working committee to review new space requests, renewals, and keep an oversight of newly big-funded projects requiring space.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree, preferably Ph.D. degree with R&D background in a field relevant to organization’s focus area.
• Additional certifications in Leadership, Project Management, or related areas could be advantageous.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a research, academic, or similar setting, demonstrating a track record of strategic planning and successful project delivery.
• Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders and research teams.
• Ability to see the big picture, formulate strategies, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing (e.g., drafting whitepapers and guidelines, making slides) and verbally, across different levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges, making informed decisions under pressure. This includes a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of a problem are considered and addressed, which is critical for developing thorough and effective solutions, especially for sensitive issues.
• Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new subject areas and changes in the national landscape.
• Excellent administrative skills and fully competent in MS Office applications and databases.

• Review, analyze, and develop recommendations on DoD and Army administrative actions that are processed through the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) for Army Senior Leader decision.
• Prepare planning directives for Director of the Army Staff (DAS) signature to organize the Army Staff effort in producing required products to implement Army Senior Leader (ASL) decisions for assigned special projects.
• Independently plans, coordinates, and carries out projects through to completion, coordinating directly with the DOM/VDAS or DDOM to determine whether to broaden or narrow the scope of projects or analyses.
• Monitor preparation for meetings, both classified and unclassified, attended, chaired, or co-chaired by the Director of the Army Staff (DAS) or DOM/VDAS.
• Ensure effective provision of a wide variety of administrative services supporting the Office of the Chief of Staff Army, Army Command and Army Service Component Command liaison offices, Direct Reporting Units, and assigned Field Operating Agency.
