Job Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Management

• Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.

• Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams, ensuring smooth production cutover and post-implementation support.

Job Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Program/Project management under a Project Delivery.

The APAC Biological Product Science & Technology (BPS&T) Strategy Leader provides a critical link between the Regional Commercial Units (RCUs) and the Crop Health, Product Science & Technology (CH PS&T) R&D global function. Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Executive Support Service for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Information Requests team. The purpose of this role is to support service and technology enabled change across the organisation.

The role will lead and support the delivery of the information and complaints system across the organisation, implementing admin changes, testing and rolling out new updates, liaising with colleagues and system provider as required. It is therefore essential that the post holder possesses excellent IT, project management skills, excellent communication and client engagement skills. The successful candidate will also hold the management and coordination of responses of some casework in respect to complaints and customer contacts that are received into the organisation and liaise with service managers as appropriate.

The Head of Information Governance (Information Rights and Records Managementwill:

· Establish and maintain the trust as a leading provider for Information Rights And Records Management.



· Develop and deliver training and guidance specific to the context of the trust accounting for the new requirements and structures under the Health and Social Care Act 2012.



· Outline, in conjunction with colleagues, the requirements of assurance and risk management on information governance and to ensure that particular stakeholder demands are met.



· Support the development of a community of practice between stakeholder leadership and staff to ensure they are able to evaluate assurance and requirements across the information governance agenda (information asset owner audit returns)



· Develop a systematic approach to information governance with clear systems of prioritisation, change management and control.



· Ensure stakeholder understand the standards required for information governance and risk management and their implementation in standard working practice.



· The co-ordination and leadership of an information governance assurance model, ensuring that where services are provided by a third party that an assurance model is in place and is supported by contractual (or equivalent) terms.
