Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-sale technical support to expand business across the ASEAN, India, and Oceania regions and will support local sales efforts for design wins.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sale technical support for connectivity modules to achieve design wins and expand regional business.
• Enhance technical troubleshooting and installation schemes by collaborating with product engineers.
• Deliver in-field product training and engineering services to core customers.
• Conceptualize and provide feasible solutions (including proof-of-concept) to customers and internal stakeholders, particularly in the IoT/wireless domain.
• Facilitate the integration of products (sensors and wireless communication) into customer applications.
• Lead technical innovation projects and contribute to product promotion activities.
• Collaborate with third-party companies to create joint solutions and business opportunities.
• Create, test, and verify new application use cases for regional market segments.
• Design and produce application-based technical marketing materials for business development.
• Provide technical support for new business creation projects.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• Degree in an engineering field.
• Embedded programming skills in C on Linux or embedded OS (focused on IoT applications).
• Strong system and software debugging skills on embedded platforms (experience with various IDEs).
• Knowledge of embedded system boards and understanding of digital and analog circuits, including A/D conversion.
• Experience in algorithm development for analog sensors or sensors with digital output.
• Experience evaluating wireless or sensor devices with testing equipment.
• Ability to quickly prototype or create proof-of-concept solutions using evaluation/development kits or platforms like Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
• Understanding of network communication technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, wireless communication, encryption).
• Familiarity with schematic and PCB development tools, with the ability to propose suitable components for specific applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
• Willingness to travel within the ASEAN, India, and Oceania regions.
