1. Assess and identify the individual needs of our students with respect

to various occupational therapy-related issues.

2. Make recommendations on appropriate vocational courses for

individual Year 2 students.

3. Develop appropriate intervention plans to address students’ needs,

specifically related to vocational skills (e.g. sensory, fine/gross motor,

motor co-ordination, environmental accommodation, etc.)

4. Collaborate with teachers to ensure students’ adherence and evaluate

response to the intervention.

5. Maintain necessary records of monitoring of progress and reporting of

Job Description

•  Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
•  To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous) Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
•  To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
•  To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Detention Sessions (DS) Co-ordinator- Assist HOD & SH Student

Management to

(a) Supervise DS Monday to Friday, after school till 4.30pm;

(b) Implement, monitor and supervise DS and maintain consistency

in process and following up procedures;

(c) Follow-up with defaulters;

(d) Upkeep, maintain and compile detention records and data;

(e) Revert to Form Teachers (FTs) on detention attendance;

(f) Maintain DS as an effective deterrent mesasure for truancy and

late coming;

2. Maintain smooth operations of the Student Management (SM) Centre

(a) Maintain and upkeep the operations and data records at Student

Management Centre (include loan and issue of items, lost and

found, early leave from school premises, attend to unwell

students, update late-coming and attendance records into school

data management system, etc.)

(b) Attend to students’ drop in at Student Management Centre during

and after school hours and liaise to update teachers/ Year Heads

(YH) / Heads of Department (HOD) / School Leaders (SL) when

needed

3. Case Management and follow-up

(a) Collaborate with Student Management Team to monitor the

development of students sent for disciplinary measures.

(b) Refer and update HOD/ YH/ SL on potential issues related to pupils

and school discipline, based on information & personal

observation.

(c) Conduct follow-up actions with students offenders after

investigations conclude such as monitoring and supervising the

completion of assignments, on in-house suspension, afterschool

detention, etc.

(d) Daily sign-in/out for students on movement monitoring

(e) Assist HOD and YH to follow up on frequent absentees,

(f) Accompany officers on house calls and home visits.

(g) Assist HOD/SM to liaise with Police/ relevant authorities to verify

students’ involvement, and case follow-ups, where needed.

4. Maintain school tone

(a) Work together with other School Management team members and

Operations Managers (OM) in ensuring school security and

maintaining overall school tone.

(b) Conduct regular monitoring and foot patrolling within and outside

school

(c) Active monitoring of non-structured school hours where student

masses gather such as recess and after school to prevent

disruptive behaviours.

(d) Check on external visitors and liaise with other school officers to

attend to visitors’ needs.

5. Other duties

(a) Collaborate with relevant HOD/Key Personnel in-charge of School

and National examinations, to provide support during the

examination period, by:-

a. patrolling to ensure conducive environment and school tone

b. perform escort duties

c. managing students at waiting area during oral examination

(b) Assist the Physical Education Department during sport / game

activities and events in/ outside school.

(c) Assist in monitoring After School Engagement programmes for at

risk pupils (under the GEAR UP Programme).

(d) Assist in monitoring students identified for Extended School Term

Self-study programme during term breaks

(e) SM Data and Records Management during Term Break, Exam

Period

• Upkeep and compile records of routine/daily non-compliances,

petty offences, such as attire and grooming, late-coming,

misuse of handphones.

• Filing of SM records for pupil profiling.

• Maintain and upkeep of latecomer data using school data

management system, as specified by HOD/SM.

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

ICT Support

• Support HOD ICT in handling day-to-day ICT services.

• Support HOD ICT in ICT Project implementation, vendors’

management and contracts management for MOE and school

initiated projects.

• Assist HOD ICT in ensuring MOE policies, guidelines and

standards are adhered.

• Manage the update and design of School website

(IsomerCMS/WordPress/Swiiit).

• Assist and be involved in the preliminary checks and

documentations required for the evaluation of AV and ICT

devices and applications as well as requesting for quotations.

• Support the HOD ICT on gathering the ICT needs of the school

and principal. Including the propose of solutions that meet the

requirements of school.

• Assist HOD ICT in coordinating and updating school’s ICT Asset

Management and loan of equipment.

• Preparation of ITQ specifications and necessary documentation.

• Prepare relevant ICT documentations and guidelines.

• Assist teachers (If DE is not available) for technical problems

such as troubleshooting PC, Printer, LAN connection problems.

• Proficient with different O/S computing platforms.

ICT Training

• Conduct Just-In-Time (JIT) ICT Training / Workshop for staff, as

required with the School’s needs.

• Conduct ICT Training / Workshop for students, as required with

the School’s needs.

• Conceptualise and prepare training materials (of relevance to

the Training / Workshop) for staff.

• Create multimedia content/ modules for ICT lessons based on

HOD ICT instructions.

• Infuse Digital Literacy in the design of the Teaching & Learning

Curriculumn for students.

• Organize multimedia contents for ICT lessons based on MOE

ICT Standards

• Assist the HOD ICT in sourcing and liasing with ICT

vendors/contractors for ICT Equipment and Services based on

the School’s requirements, relative to ICT support and training.

• Organize and conduct ICT Training / Awareness and Usage

Briefings for school staff on ICT implementations.

• Scan and implement new technology tools that support teaching

and learning.

Other Duties

• Take photos and videos during important school activities /

functions. Preferably proficient with Full frame DSLR Camera.

• Coordinate and oversee daily AVA setup for school.

• Able to film and create videos for school events

• Able to do video live-stream for major school events

• Perform any other duties assigned by P / VP / HOD ICT.

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff,

parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls

and addressing inquiries.

• Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents,

inventories etc.

• Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math

Department (where applicable) and General Office.

• Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin

Manager and School Leaders.

Roles & Responsibilities of ICT Executive cum Trainer

1. Plan and conduct ICT related training for staff and students.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will plan, design and conduct ICT baseline

standards training for students from P1 to P6. He/she will also assist in the

assessment of the students’ attainment of ICT skills. The ICT Executive cum

Trainer will also conduct relevant ICT training for staff.

2. Execute in-house ICT related design and editing work

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will conceptualise, design, layout and execute

school-assigned design projects emulating current trends whilst maintaining

creativity. School-assigned design and editing projects include:

 Conceptualisation and consultation on school corporate image

 Marketing and/or publicity materials such as brochures, flyers, posters,

bookmarks, postcards, banners

 School collaterals such as pupil diary, calendars and camp-shirts

 In-house publication such as school magazine.

 Photo and video editing.

 Wall murals

3. Provide ICT & AVA support for school events and programmes.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will support the school’s ICT department in

handling day to day ICT management. He/she will also provide AVA support,

inclusive of sound mixing, photography and video, for school events and

corporate matters.

4. Assist in management and maintenance of ICT & AVA equipment and

resources.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will assist the HOD/ICT with managing the

school’s ICT & AVA resources such as the replacement and condemnation of

ICT & AVA equipment and the managing of loaning of ICT & AVA equipment.

5. Assist in administration of school-based ICT related systems.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will assist the HOD/ICT in the administration of

school-based ICT systems such as the digital signage, timetabling software,

OAS scanning system & Parent-Teacher Meeting booking system.

6. Other tasks

 Other tasks for the ICT Executive cum Trainer may include proactively

scanning the market for technology trends and new technology tools that

support teaching and learning and, educate and update school staff.

 Subject to exigency of service, the ICT Executive cum Trainer may be

activated at times to work beyond the normal standard working hours. In the

event that the ICT Executive cum Trainer is activated during these times,

time off will be compensated to the ICT Executive cum Trainer.

1) Oversee day-to-day running of the school’s science

laboratories and facilities

2) Station and move around the Science Lab during Science

lab lessons to provide assistance to students.

3) Work closely with respective level subject reps and

teachers to ensure that the resources for all hands-on

activities are prepared prior to conduct of lessons.

4) Prepare all necessary equipment and materials needed by

Science teachers to carry out hands-on activities, experiments

and demonstrations. (refer to Science Activity Worksheets

provided by respective Science Level reps)

5) Maintain laboratory equipment, apparatus, materials and

specimens in good working condition

6) Report all faulty machines and equipment immediately

7) Keep a stock book and breakage record and indicate to HOD

Science for necessary replacement

8) Prepare an inventory of stocks annually and inform HOD Science

to make the necessary purchase.

9) Maintain a usage record

10) Maintain a safe and tidy lab environment

11) Devise alternative hands-on activities in replacement to the ones

found in the activity book

12) Provide care to the butterflies in the creature watch area i.e.

obtaining fresh cuttings from the garden to feed them and

clearing the enclosure of their waste.

13) Provide care to the chicks in the creature watch area

14) Management of the desk copies for Science teachers

15) Prepare the materials requested by teachers to carry out ad-hoc

hands-on activities.

16) Provide support to CCAs such as E2K and Green Club

17) Prepare and distribute Teaching & Learning resources e.g.

deskcopies etc. to Science teachers at the beginning of the

school year and collect the materials from teachers at the end of

the year.

18) Safe storage, usage & proper records of chemicals used in the

lab

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Manning of General office counter during school office hours

• Provide support in administrative work that include simple sorting of

documents, filing and data entry

• Render first aid to injured students coming to the General office

• Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration

Manager and school leaders.

The Services required are set out as follows:

•  Assist Nutrition & Food Science teachers in food preparation, storage of food and general kitchen maintenance including mopping of floors for all classes and stock check.
•  Assist in collation of food orders and liaise with the suppliers e.g., faxing or orders made by teachers.
•  Assist in the checking of food delivery, proportioning of ingredients for cooking lessons and stock of food supply.
•  Assist teachers during cooking lessons and clean up after lessons.
•  Maintain kitchen safety and equipment.
•  Assist in maintaining cleanliness of every room in the department.
•  To do general cleaning e.g., washing of aprons, kitchen towels, etc. and maintenance of kitchen and NFS Hub including mopping of kitchen floors regularly.

5. To manage user accounts of administrative portals for operations

required by the school. within the constraints of appropriate

security, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school. e.g.

Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, Google

Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal, etc

6. To perform diagnostic service of computing and AV devices in

school.

7. To take charge of loans of school equipment, and manage

insurance with relevant parties when defects arises during warranty

period.

8. To maintain and manage the periodic replacement and

condemnation of ICT equipment.

9. To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other

members of IT Support Team.

10. To man and support all ICT helpdesk requests. e.g. password

resets, device loans, device troubleshooting, application

installation/deletion and servicing requests.

11. To perform recordings for events, lessons and competitions.

12. To setup/support Audio Visual for events, assembly and meeting.

13. To take charge of AV management and maintenance

14. To carry out any other duties as assigned by P,VP,HOD/ICT and

Job description for Laboratory Technician

• Manage two laboratories and ensure that the equipment, tools

and other materials are adequately stocked and kept in working

condition.

• Carry out termly stock take

• Liaise with teachers to prepare, set up and clear up the

experiments and practical demonstrations

• Assist in preparing resources for other Science related matters

e.g. Science competition and eco-guardian activities

• Assist in germinating the seeds for the school’s hydroponics

system

• Watering of plants on the racks near the Science laboratory

• Feeding of fish at the eco-pond and at the greenhouse at level 4

1.The WSHO shall brief the Waste Infrastructure Operations and Management Division

(WIOMD) installation’s Safety Committee quarterly on updates on any incidences and new

rules and regulations from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

2. Advise the S.O. of the respective Installations on the measures to be taken in the interest of

the safety and health of the persons employed in the Installations.

3. Inspect the Installations to determine whether there is any machinery, plant, equipment,

appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in each of the Installations

which is of such a nature that is liable to cause risk of bodily injury to any person working or

employed within the Installations.

4. Discuss the findings of his inspection with the plant supervisor in the Installations who is in

charge of the machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, process or manual labour, and report

such findings to the S.O. of the respective Installations.

5. Assist the plant supervisor in investigating into any accident which takes place within the

Installations arising from the use of such machinery, plant, equipment, appliance or manual

labour, and check the plant supervisor's report and the action taken to remove the causes of

the accident.

6. Investigate into every fatal accident and dangerous occurrence which takes place within the

Installations and any industrial disease contacted in the Installations.

7. Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will

develop and maintain the interest of the person employed in the Installations in establishing

safe and healthy working conditions based on agreed schedule with the respective

Installations.

8. Conduct safety orientation briefings to the in-house term contractors and ad-hoc contractors

before they are allowed to work in the Installations.

9. In the interest of the safety and health of the persons employed therein advise the S.O. of the

respective Installations on the specifications: -

i) for any repair or alteration to be made to the Installations or any extension thereof.

ii) of any new machinery, plant, equipment or appliance to be installed or used in the

Installations.

10. Act as secretary to the WSH committee established at the Installations under the Act and

assist the Chairman in planning and directing the functions of the WSH committee.

11. Co-operate with any doctor engaged to look after the health of the persons employed in the

respective Installations on all matters affecting the safety and health of those persons.

12. Take part in any inspection of the Installations carried out by the management thereof for the

purpose of assessing the efficacy of any measures taken in compliance with the WSH Act

and Fire Safety Act. The WSHO shall also conduct safety inspection with the WSH Inspection

Teams in the Installations and to compile safety inspection report after the inspection.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions.
• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans
• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site.
• To check trial panel & mock-up done on site and off site, Where necessary.
• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary.
• To ensure emergency preparedness protocols are adhered to by the contractors during trial runs or actual emergencies.
