In this position, the individual will be responsible for NAND memory DPPM testing and Failure Analysis. This involves designing and developing reliability sequences for given technology node,  actual reliability test execution followed by Failure Analysis to root cause the issues reported. Some of the other areas that this position will include will be: R&D support, DPPM improvement, test documentation, NAND device knowledge and understanding, using various bench equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeter), and interacting with other engineering groups.

• Accountable for day-to-day operations of SAP applications, Middleware, and Databases.
• Lead the governance and continuous improvement process, including identifying and refining business KPIs.
• Analyze and assess business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of Application operations.
• Establish and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Applications and Database Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a package thermal design engineer, you will work in the Packaging R&D group on thermal designs across semiconductor packaging level, flash product printed circuited board assembly (PCBA) level, and host level.

In this position, you will be responsible for influencing package and product thermal designs and advancing the technology of semiconductor packaging.

Scope is to address all thermal aspects of packaging technology and associated material and process interactions.

Focus will be on solutions to meet increased demands for small form factor packages with constrained physical and thermal environments.

Candidate will be responsible for the modeling and characterization of thermal response of the flash products and SSD PCBA using analysis and measurement techniques.

This position will interface with package & product design, electrical and physical characterization, assembly R&D and other process teams.

Lab work will be required.

As an SoC DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing industry leading DFT solutions, with emphasis on SCAN, MBIST, BSDL etc. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DFT Architecture, Implementation flow, MBIST, SCAN ATPG & Simulation expertise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DFT Architecture definitions for SoC development
• Leading complex activities and providing solutions for complex DFT problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine SoC DFT requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer needs.
• Working closely with the Design, Verification, Physical Design & Test Engineering teams while guiding them on the test requirements and methodologies.
