As a Budget Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

• Formulate and justify the congressional budget request and develop budget estimates for salaries, benefits, and other expenses.
• Apply specific budgetary rules, regulations, principles, and procedures to achieve all phases of budget formulation and execution for a major and substantive budget.

As a Supervisory Program Management Specialist, you will perform the following duties:

• Serves as the Supervisory Program Management Specialist efficiently and effectively managing the fishing permit programs in the Southeast Regional Office.
• Analyzes and evaluates continual changes in program plans, funding, and relevant policies or regulations; and advises on their impact on mission operations and performance to management.
• Identifies ways and implements new strategies to increase coordination, effectiveness and application processing efficiency while maintaining information, office protocols and permitting quality.

Provide technical oversight for the content of hydrologic services provided to the public in the RFC area of responsibility.

This includes management of the regional water resources program for Alaska and Pacific Regions.
• Lead efforts to optimize the exchange of data and the cooperative support between the RFC and water management agencies.
