Tugas dan Tanggungjawab Pemandu Group CEO

1. 1. Tanggungjawab Utama
   • Mengurus dan memandu kenderaan rasmi Group CEO dengan selamat dan cekap.
   • Memastikan CEO tiba ke destinasi tepat pada masanya untuk mesyuarat, acara rasmi, atau perjalanan lain.

1. To ensure truck drivers perform as per delivery planning arranged by Senior Logistics Executive.
2. To supervise, train and motivate subordinates in their daily work to achieve maximum efficiency.
3. To ensure truck drivers conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance of trucks
4. To monitor truck driver movement
5. To manage and ensure truck drivers petrol and toll usage
6. To attend court and matters relating to summonses
7. To communicate with workshops to inspect and ensure that repairs are carried out effectively
8. To monitor tyre usage and ensure the usage are within budget allocated

Job Responsibilities

* Monitor the shipping activity with regard to the preparation of Shipping Documentation, Shipping Instructions, Scheduling, L/C documentation,

and other shipping-related matters to ensure timely delivery/arrival of goods and customs clearance.
