Job Overview
-The Procurement Systems team will play a pivotal role in taking our Procurement function to the next level through elevating our Procurement operations by establishing standardized, simplified, and scalable practices across our systems and processes.



Main Duties

-Administration, maintenance and configuration of Coupa, across all modules.

-Quality Assure the integration of any new entities into the Coupa (and other S2P) platforms, including but not limited to Acquisitions and Mobilisations.

-Responsible for the project management and technical configuration of any new integration, ensuring that design, data, build and testing is completed in line with processes, working closely with third parties to ensure successful delivery

-Act at the Coupa (S2P) technical expert, providing knowledge and expertise to the S2P Platform Manager, S2P Delivery Manager and S2P Optimisation Manager

-Active involvement in the Change Management Process for Coupa

-Stay abreast with the latest Coupa functionality, upgrades, and version releases

-Work closely with other departments and third party providers to ensure successful support and issue management; technical integrations with ERPs, other Mitie systems and 3rd party feeds

-Work closely with key stakeholders (ie. Heads of Procurement, Finance, IT, Tax, Operations) to reflect and influence the needs of all in the setup of Coupa

-Provision of best practise advice and guidance on all aspects of Coupa

-Ensure Coupa is aligned with Mitie minimum standards and compliant with all legislative/statutory requirements

-Support release management and regression testing

Inventory Manager

Role Purpose:


The Inventory Manager is responsible for contributing to overall supply chain performance, ordering stock from our suppliers into our distribution network. The Inventory Manager helps deliver the best possible availability for our customers. The Inventory Manager must work collaboratively alongside our commercial, retail and distribution teams, taking responsibility for ordering a portfolio of products from a number of suppliers.


A typical day in this role includes:


Interacting with a variety of stakeholders: Suppliers, Commercial, Distribution, Retail Operations
Ordering stock to maintain availability in our distribution centre

• Management and follow-up of Customer Services
