Requirements:

• A Diploma (preferably from a local polytechnic).
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience working in libraries of similar capacity.
• Experience in a law library is preferred.
• A Certificate in Library and Information Management is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Library, including management of resources and collection development within the approved budget.
• Plan, develop, and implement library policies and Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") for library operation and management, upon obtaining the Authority’s approval.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs.
• Provide the relevant management reports on library usage or transaction statistics, such as loan of materials, reference enquiries and etc., in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as to the frequency and schedule of report submission.
• Manage the Library Management System (“LMS”), i.e. circulation, cataloguing, acquisition and access to online catalogue. To maintain accuracy of data in LMS and to monitor the movements of library items.
• Assist in asset tracking, i.e. tracking of Library's assets including furniture, trolleys & equipment.
• Perform library counter duties and manage the library loan services.
• Manage the inter-library loans and document delivery to support the Authority’s information needs (for official purposes only). Fulfil request within five (5) working days, subject to the availability of requested title(s).
• Liaise with relevant Divisions on facilities management, IT and security matters.
• Any other library-related administrative duties assigned by the Authority's Appointed Representative.

1. Cleaning the rooms at Zhulin block where General Office is located.

2. Logistics support for school programmes and events, e.g. prepare the refreshment set-up, table arrangement, prepare goodie bags, etc.

Oversees the general housekeeping of the General Office (i.e reception area, conference room, sick-bay and pantry - assisted by Operations support officer)

To assist in printing of worksheets / exam papers for the school Arrange for temporary storage of received items in the General Office where necessary and inform relevant staff

Assist with lost & found items

Provides admin support to School Leaders and teachers

Assists in admin duties such as data entry, attendance system of the staff and SC Mobile etc

Assists the Admin Managers in administrative tasks, for instance, class allocations, P1 registration & orientation etc.

Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/AMs

Responsibilities

• The captain shall be responsible for attending and resolving all feedback relating to F & B and its service.
• The captain shall be involved in menu planning process as and when required.
• Assist in the rostering and deployment of waiters.
• Train, monitor and improve service quality of waiters.
• The captain shall monitor flight loads to anticipate service requirements under his charge.

Requirements

• Prior waitering experience in hotels and hospitality industries or other relevant recognized institutions.
• The captain shall have experience and proof of having worked in a similar capacity in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
• He/she shall have excellent command of English as well as strong public relation skills befitting of a captain in a fine dining establishment.
• The captain shall also have an adequate knowledge of wines and other hard liquors, including making recommendations on wine pairings, as well as making cocktails when needed.
• Achieve work performance standards stipulated by National Skills Recognition System (NSRS).
• Able-bodied and capable of carrying moderate weight.
• Able to converse well in English. Proficiency in one or more of the local language such as Malay, Tamil and Mandarin or key foreign language such as Japanese, French or German will be an advantage. Any staff employed by the Supplier must be fluent in English and with neutral accent.

Responsibilities

Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Daily and periodic cleaning of all the interior and exterior surfaces of the premise, continuous cleaning services in frequently used toilets
• and continuous sweeping and mopping-up in busy areas
• Provision of daily and periodic glass cleaning service
• Once yearly cleaning of all the exterior walls, external facade and glass panels
• Quarterly shampooing of all carpeted floors and any extra shampooing service
• Tables shall be cleared after passenger leaves the table,Clearance of garbage
• Cleaning and clearing of floor/ waste traps to prevent foul smells
• Cleaning of staff’s rest room and pantry, and to replenish the glasses and drinking water.

Dining and Kitchen Area / Equipment

• Maintain cleanliness at the bar, in particular, cleaning attention for the sushi and salad bar and beer dispenser.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen equipment, Clean buffet counter warmer, drink chillers, cabinets and floor.
• Clean crockery, glassware and cutlery must be replaced in their designated places in the lounge.
• Kitchen floor shall be kept dry and non-slippery
• Maintenance of stone surface against staining and water penetration

Requirements

• Conversant in English. Proficiency in one or more of the local languages such as Malay, Tamil
• and Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Courteous, pleasant and helpful disposition and enjoy interacting with people.
• Trained in basic greetings and cleaning etiquette
• Report, and handover passengers’ items found in the lounge to Senior Passenger Relations Officer
