JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives

· Plan and execute publicity campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, and initiatives

· Write and edit content for various PR materials, including press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts

· Ensure all communications are consistent with the company’s brand and messaging

· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging and informative content

· Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities

· Act as the primary point of contact during a crisis, managing communication with the media and the public

· Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives

· Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide insights to improve the company’s public image

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.

· Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities.

· Participate in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries.

· Participate in preparing tender documentations.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

· Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.

· Have good knowledge of common engineering design software.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.

- Responsible for negotiation and management of Brokerage Agreement, Clearing Broker Agreement, and Brokers’ commission

- Evaluate and enhance processes, rules and protocols for administration and execution of contracts and agreements

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Maritime Studies / Law / Supply Chain Management or related field

- Knowledge about the energy market in Asia would be advantageous

- Team player, with good communication & interpersonal skills
