Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experience/Skills & Knowledge/Personal Qualities)

• Master’s / PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant working experience in the assembly process semiconductor from wafer fabrication to testing.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and integration
• Experience in semiconductor process from wafer fabrication to test
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, automation tools (especially SECS/GEM), AI/ML, and MES solutions
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Self-driven and has excellent problem solving and organizational skills for daily support and managing on-going and future programs
• Able to communicate and present effectively in small and large groups

As a Health System Director at our Taunton Hospital, you'll inspire and lead the hospital's leadership team and create a culture which embraces, embeds and role models the 'We care' values & behaviours. You'll manage and develop diverse relationships working with consultants, GPs, the NHS and other external bodies to drive a patient centric culture, where care is proactively managed, the right conversations are had as a matter of course, and individuals are developed.
