Role Overview
As the Advertising Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns across various channels. Collaborating with the Chief Commercial Officer and R&D team, you’ll use your knowledge of nutrition and food to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with Harvest B’s brand and values.
? Content Development: Create advertising materials, including copy, graphics, and videos, that effectively communicate the nutritional and functional benefits of Harvest B’s products.
? Brand Support: Ensure all advertising campaigns align with Harvest B’s brand guidelines, emphasising sustainability, nutrition, and innovation.
? Media Planning & Buying: Identify and secure effective media channels, managing budgets to maximise reach and ROI.
? Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance, using data to refine strategies for better outcomes.
? Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the R&D team to ensure advertising materials accurately reflect product attributes and nutritional benefits.
? Digital Presence: Develop campaigns that enhance Harvest B’s online presence, including the website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
? Customer Value Propositions: Craft advertising that communicates Harvest B’s unique value propositions to key customer segments.
? Knowledge Sharing: Document campaign insights and best practices, contributing to internal knowledge management.
? Project Management: Manage advertising projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
? Experience: 1-3 years in advertising or marketing, ideally within the food or nutrition sectors.
? Skills:
? Strong expertise in managing advertising campaigns with a focus on food and nutrition messaging.
? Proficiency in creating engaging advertising materials across various formats.
? Analytical skills for interpreting data and optimising campaign performance.
? Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
? Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
? Strong communication skills, especially in conveying nutrition and product benefits.
Salary: $74,500
