Job Responsibility :

• Assist the project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity for on-going projects and tender.
• To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.
• To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
• To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.
• To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
• To conduct frequent site visits.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good management of overall QS operation

Job Responsibility :

• Supervise all construction works on the project at the site, ensuring work is completed and runs smoothly.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at the project site, and ensure that all works are carried out area to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, and work instructions.
• To ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are compiled.
• To supervise and manage daily project planning and work progress on-site
• To liaise with contractors and workers for project implementation works
• To assist the Project Engineer and support the project team
• To assist submit in all documents, reports, and data
• To ensure all materials delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately
• To report to the superior on the daily progress of the projects.
• Arrange a regular meeting with workers or sub-contractors to match the targeted schedule and resolve site matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements : 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Professional Cert, Others or equivalent.
• To have an overview of construction knowledge and sequence of work.
• Experienced with Infrastructure Projects will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials, parts , supplies and equipment following established purchasing policies & procedures, and optimizing price, delivery and terms.

· Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required for the project.

· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery.

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Min Diploma in Procurement / Min 3 years working experience in related field

· Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker

· Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude

· Proficient in use of SQL
