About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Processing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and managing real estate data to support our analytics and reporting functions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, technical proficiency, and a keen interest in real estate and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process large volumes of real estate data from various sources.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information into designated databases
• Review entered data for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with colleagues or supervisors to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, or address any issues related to data entry tasks.
• Follow established protocols, guidelines, or standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and work towards resolving them promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data processing technologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data management software.
• Experience with database management systems and data analytics tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with real estate data is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities.
• Maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts.
• Consolidate subsidiary accounts into Group financial statements
• Responsible for bookkeeping, month end closing, maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts, preparation of unaudited financial statements and monthly/quarterly management accounts in accordance with company's policies and Singapore's accounting standards.
• Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, monthly breakdown of balance sheet items and other management reports required by management.
• Tracking of Account Payables and Account Receivables.
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements.
• Assist in handling tax compliance and tax efficiency initiatives.
• Handle payroll administration, CPF submission and IR8A
• Participate in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• CA or ACCA with more than 4 years of experiences
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, strong communication skills, and quick learner
• Good sense of ownership and able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and tight timelines.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Singapore tax law, tax-related requirements and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable in accounting systems such as Million, Quickbooks
• Immediate available is advantageous.
