Responsibilities:

- Extract, Transform, and Ingest real estate data into data warehouse

- Build robust program for data extraction with failure retry with various queries (restful API, GraphQL, selenium, etc.)

- Design and implement data extraction solution in a distributed system

- Build efficient data pipelines (using Airflow, DBT, AWS etc.)

- Build data models and applications to support products and solve specific business needs (using SQL, Python etc.)

- Perform data validation to assure integrity, accuracy and consistency, identify the root cause of data inconsistencies and process defects, and implement timely corrective actions

- Maintain data pipeline to ensure the smooth operation

- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and product teams to improve data flows and applications performance

Requirements:

Job Description: Product Support Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Manager to lead our product support team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing support processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve our product and enhance user satisfaction. The Product Support Manager will serve as a key liaison between customers and product teams, identifying and resolving issues, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in product support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily support operations, ensuring that customer inquiries, issues are handled effectively and promptly
• Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows, reduce response times, and improve the quality of support services
• Collaborate closely with database team, product developers and sales team to provide insights from customer feedback to achieve product improvements and feature requests.

Responsibilities:

- Continually review and build robust infrastructure to cater for long term growth of the company

- Build robust program for data extraction with failure retry with various queries (restful API, GraphQL, etc.)

- MUST have strong experience in SQL Programming, database design and dealing with large volume of data.

- Set up and maintain data warehouse for new product in-line with company’s growth

- Set up and maintain git workflow and control the deployment of code

- Review and audit database change to implement good control

- Review and optimise code from team member and coach others to write more efficient code

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various data-related tasks including data cleaning, data sourcing, image annotation, and data extraction. This role requires strong SQL skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen motivation to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the internal stakeholders to understand research needs to commission structured research project
• Perform data cleaning & logic enhancement tasks as and when required to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Source and collect data from various online and offline sources according to project requirements
• Extract relevant data from databases, websites, documents, and other sources using appropriate tools and techniques
• Conduct image annotation tasks to label and categorize images for machine learning purpose
