Healthcare organisation looking for an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Compensation

A leading healthcare organisation is looking for an assistant manager to join their compensation team to drive organisation-wide compensation initiatives and practices to ensure competitiveness for staff retention and organisation growth. This key role will cover the full spectrum of compensation initiatives and work alongside an experienced team to collaborate with different stakeholders to manage manpower planning and budgeting.
Your new role
The Assistant Manager, Compensation, is responsible for managing the full scope of compensation functions, ensuring accurate and timely compensation processes, and providing analytical support to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports, conduct compensation analysis, and provide insights to support business decisions.
2. Annual Manpower Budgeting: Participate in annual manpower budgeting exercises for organisation HQ and departments.
3. Compensation Exercises: Administer and support annual compensation exercises, including salary reviews and surveys.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Engage with HR and Finance teams to support compensation needs and ensure seamless processes.
5. Data Management and Reporting: Prepare monthly and yearly accruals, and generate reports from SAP HRIS.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Professional Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in large organizations, with a preference for compensation experience.
2. Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and other applications.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven collaboration and teamwork abilities.
5. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
