A Marketing Executive shall undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Management, work with colleagues in relevant company departments and company business agents to develop marketing plans, and implement and evaluate activities in support of 3E's strategic objectives and revenue targets. Key responsibilities are listed as below.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions. (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Working hours are generally normal, but you may need to attend events after working hours. There may be travel involved in the role – for example, when meeting clients and exhibitions.
Requirements
Diploma, equivalent or higher, with a major in a related marketing engineering or science
Bilingualism in English and Chinese is a must.
Creativity, writing, and design skills.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
IT skills, including social media and video editing.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness.
A team player with a positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently
You are a self-starter who can handle changing requirements and work under tight timelines.
Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2800 – S$ 3800
