Job Description

To assist the management team with office administration. In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public. You may also be required to manage office supplies.

To ensure success as an administrative secretary, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. Outstanding administrative secretaries are highly organized in performing a wide array of administrative duties, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an administrator, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. The administrator must be comfortable with computers, and general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Responsibilities:

• Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must.
• Diploma, equivalent or higher with relevant experience in administration support
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
• Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

A Marketing Administrator should be responsible for promoting the company and its products and services and increasing customer awareness through the creation of ad campaigns, designing logos and creating memorable slogans.

Key Responsibilities

4. Write and distribute press releases and produce media kits where required.

5. Act as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.

6. Provide assistance in terms of logistics to events like distributor meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows.

7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities.

Requirements

1. Ÿ Diploma, equivalent or higher, with a major in a related marketing engineering or science
