Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and service providers, ensuring they deliver their services.
- Ensure security & safety of the premises which include assisting and working along with security officers in managing guest and vehicular traffic when required.
- Maintain and upkeep the premise which involves day-to-servicing and troubleshooting, including cleanliness of our premise.
- Perform routine checks and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance regime are carried out according to authorities’ legislations, industry standards and company policies.
- Assist in planning, implementing and executing building maintenance programmes.
- Troubleshoot / rectify all technical / operational issues quickly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure fire safety and workplace safety compliance.
- Execute maintenance request from all departments.
- Source for contractors & calling for quotations for works to be carried out.
- Perform administrative work and other assigned tasks.
Other Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work shifts, staggered hours and overtime
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication
